At Walstar Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality technology solutions and professional services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, refunds, and project-related payments.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of a project or service by providing written notice via email. Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the project stage, work completed, and resources allocated.
If a project has not yet commenced, Walstar Technologies may, at its sole discretion, approve a cancellation and process any eligible refund.
Once project work has started, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a full refund.
Refund Policy
As we provide customized digital services, refunds are generally not applicable once work has commenced and resources have been allocated.
Refund requests, if any, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by the client.
- Payment made in error.
- Service cannot be delivered due to reasons solely attributable to Walstar Technologies.
- Project cancellation approved before work has commenced.
- Change of mind after project initiation.
- Delays caused by lack of client communication, approvals, or required materials.
- Completed milestones or delivered work.
- Third-party software, plugins, licenses, hosting, domains, advertising budgets, or subscription fees.
- Services already rendered or partially completed.
