Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of a project or service by providing written notice via email. Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the project stage, work completed, and resources allocated.

 

If a project has not yet commenced, Walstar Technologies may, at its sole discretion, approve a cancellation and process any eligible refund.

Once project work has started, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Policy

As we provide customized digital services, refunds are generally not applicable once work has commenced and resources have been allocated.

Refund requests, if any, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Project Delays

Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, approvals, access credentials, and feedback in a timely manner.
Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines and do not qualify for refunds.

Digital Marketing & Advertising Services

Fees paid for digital marketing, SEO, social media management, paid advertising, or consulting services are non-refundable once the service period has begun.
Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or other advertising networks are non-refundable and subject to the policies of those platforms.

Subscription & Retainer Services

Monthly retainers, maintenance plans, support packages, and recurring service agreements may be cancelled by providing written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement.
Any fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution involved.

Changes to This Policy

Walstar Technologies reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
